Please save your users the headaches associated with this company. They charged us $507 for a black rub mark on the bumper that we did put there. They looked to find something to charge us for. I had 8 photos of the car before I rented it. It had dings and scrapes, so I thought I was pretty thorough with my photo documentation. But when we returned the car, it was obvious they were on the hunt. They pointed to every little thing and would say..."No picture, you pay". After looking at all my pictures, they noticed I didn't have one of the lower corner of one bumper. There was a little black mark that almost entirely rubbed off. But they coerced me to sign the damage report by saying I wouldn't get my $1200 deposit back. Just an absolutely horrible experience. Never again. Beware!Reviewed 20 May 2026

Wait at the airport was half an hour - that's too long. Car was very old - worked fine, but couldn't take client in my car. Ended up calling Uber to get to the restaurant. Insurance verification alone took 20 extra minutes. This should have been required at the time of booking so I could have avoided the delay at the rental office.Reviewed 16 May 2026

This company is a fraud scheme. They lure you in with a good advertised rate better than the market prices, but their business is not car rental. Their business is to sell you a protection package that costs 5X the rental price. They scare you with a huge $3000 deposit if your refuse the package, tell you that you will lose the deposit with even the smallest scratch on the car, and when you insist on paying the deposit, their credit card machines stop working with any cards that you give them. So your choice remains to either buy the ridiculous package or waste all this time, go back to the airport and try to find another rental last minute. All rentals try to upsell insurance, but it is always reasonable. I have never seen such level of abuse. I left .Reviewed 15 Apr 2026

i waited for the pick up for 1,5 hour, called 4 times, they kept saying the driver is on the way. I took an uber to get to the office, there I was told that i have to pay a fee for picking up late, which was their fault, not mine. They seem like a sketchy operation. Required a $2k security deposit on a car with so much physical damage I am not sure I will get my deposit back. The car had a visible warning light when rented. I used my own insurance. When I wanted to just use their own collision insurance they said I had to purchase all of their coverages for $80 per day.
