I got the insurance off priceline and then at enterprise they offered me another insurance for the same thing but they didnt mention I had to cancel the priceline one so I got charged for both.9.6 Wonderful

Staff behaved dismissively, had no availability and in two bookings I still ended up with no rental. Drove to 2nd location, smugly said can not help. Didn't have time to call to alert. Was aloof that I'd driven all the way there. No remediesCons:

Pros:
The car was clean and I didn't have to wait long during pickup.Cons:
I was told one rate and paid nearly 100% more. without many other options the day of, I was forced to pay which really disgust me. All of the car slots for drop off were filled and there was not really a place to park except an area where it clearly says "do not park". Not sure what they expect customers to do.2.0 Poor
