Standard SUV

There were no cars available at the enterprise location I booked at. Zero cars. We paid 150$ in Uber fees to go back and forth. It was a big disruption and huge waste of money.

Cons:

I got the insurance off priceline and then at enterprise they offered me another insurance for the same thing but they didnt mention I had to cancel the priceline one so I got charged for both.

Pros:

Bait and switch. I plan on reporting this transaction to your corporate governing staff. I was assured a rental for $191.00 When I arrived in need of a vehicle the fees for the car were $315.00

Cons:

Not to cheat your customers. Bait and switch is a crime.

Van was dirty inside and out so went to car wash. Someone prior had an animal that salava was over windows and drool on seats and also hair. My charge was $182 and in error Budget charged my credit card $732. When calling Budget they escalated issue and came back and told me the only charged the $182 but my credit card showed the $732 was paid. I had to open a dispute with credit card company and I sent my Budget receipt and email that stated the charged only $182. It was after I did that I was able to get the $549 credit back to my card.

upon returning car, I did not received any print out or invoice via e-mail, suspecting something wrong, I talked to front desk, as suspected I was told that the rent was still open and the car ha not been properly scanned, person that scanned did not check fuel or milage, I was also told that the rent was into another name, it had to be corrected. I had been overcharged previously and the direction to call main line is useless. you need to prvovide a fail safe mechanism to insure returns are properly documented.

Pick up was terrible, person at the desk was rude and short, just ready to get me out. Then for the car I 1st I walked all the way across the parking lot to the number I was told and there was no car there, then went back and waited in line again to get reassigned a car. The car I received was dirty but they said it’s okay I won’t be charged extra. Drop off was AMAZING, the drop off location had such a friendly and nice lady! She was helpful and just nice!

The check-in process took forever. It was a large line and at the beginning the attendance. Chatting among each other, Delaying the process. Finally, a young man came in. And checked in as many people as the previous to attendance did together. I’ve been to this car rental before, and it brought a memory of the last time we experience the same thing. Very frustrating.

I prepaid for my car only to get to the counter and wait for just under an hour. Once assigned a car, I again waited because I was then told my car was double booked. I finally got a car, and it was a great car. However, after turning it in on time I was charged for 3 additional days because they had me down as driving a completely different car. Definitely will Pay More next time and rent from someone else.

Supplier choice

Reserved a car and went to go pick it up and upon arrival we found out they had closed before actual closing hours. Talked with another person that was there at the same time and they mentioned thrifty had given out all their cars. I shouldn't have been able to reserve a car ahead of time if they're just going to give out all available vehicles.

It was Poor first the lady that take care of me was rude and not helpful. I need to rent a car in Dallas and dropped off in San Antonio and she ask for a credit card and my flight tickets!!! Do she care where I’m going ? Why I have to explain my travel routine to someone I didn’t know !!!

they were rude and they had all these other rules that I had not had read about. I will never rent from them ever again as the car was dirty and I was basically told it was my fault if I took the car. All the cars I was able to choose from were stinky and looked very rush to get cleaned

Pros:

The staff at the pickup was great!!! The car was excellent and provided a safe journey over our 1600 mile trip.

Cons:

At pickup and drop off, we ended up going to the old Thrifty locations and had to be redirected to the Right location. Communicating that you have merged companies and local ions for drop off and pick up would be really helpful. But I’m the end, your staff at DAL and LAX we super awesome and friendly.
