Good interior cleaning before renting out. Due to the Covid situation, cleanliness is very important The kids had to wipe down the interior before our trip Otherwise everything else was excellent Thanks

Pros:

The staff was very helpful, honored online pricing, gave me options of color of 2 vehicles to rent, and helped to set up the vehicle how I needed it before I left from pick up. Drop was very quick, kind staff.

Cons:

The vehicle was equipt to be able to take E85 gas but was not explained how to use it, however I didn't ask. I was informed it was safe to use regular gas too.

Minor change after booking and you nailed me $100.00. It didn't cost you a penny for the change but I was gouged. Not impressed!

It seems like Hertz and KAYAK are not in sync with each other. I did everything online and when I when I arrived to pick up at Hertz they were asking for a $250 deposit. I told them that I had already booked online and everything was set but they argued that they are not the same company and what I did online has nothing to do with their company. If i had know this I most likely not have used KAYAK and went elsewhere.

1) I was not aware I had booked a car as your app never communicated that my transaction went through. So my co-worked rented one instead. Overall a REALLY BAD app experience! Took quite a long time at the rental car counter and they tried to give us the hard sell on getting us to buy more insurance. Not a great experience.

The Agency is right on the airport so fairly easy to access. I did not know that manager's choice of cars included electric cars that are required to be fully charged back to the facility. This is almost an impossible feat unless you are planning to spend a few hrs near the airport just to charge the car back. Also, staffing shortages at car return force me to just leave the car. Have not received an acknowledgement of my car return just yet(3 days later). That is making me a bit uncomfortable.

Pros:

Drop off and pick up was easy. The guy brought the vehicle to us since it was the end of the day.

Cons:

We booked a full size SUV but unfortunately they had to switch to a Van. We took the van but the van's seats were crooked. We drove half way and tried to switch the vehicles but anywhere we went they showed least interest in helping us.

Pros:

The Shuttle Van was the 15 seat we needed and Little extra space. Good on Fuel as well.

Cons:

The Insurance needed to cover the 15 Passenger Van was not enough to cover so i had to get additional Coverage$$$ Also there was a Safety issue with one of the seats did not have a belt buckle locking clip? Was missing so that had caused some discomfort to couple of passengers due to Sharp edges had caused some cuts and small lacerations on 3 passengers.

We had booked with Payless, VERY horrible service. And then desperately needed two large vehicles. Malik was so nice he immediately took us out to show us what they had available, offered great prices, and wrapped up our reservation quickly. Thank you SO much Malik!!

Easirent did not post their hours. When we arrived at the airport the only thing we could do was rent from another car company. They closed at 6pm and our plane landed at 6:05. Instructions were unclear and hopefully I am not charged as I will dispute the charges since no services were rendered.

Online I rented a vehicle with unlimited mileage. But upon arrival at Easirent was informed that locals are limited to 150 miles per day, per the FINE PRINT! And the counter person on arrival to pick up the vehicle was abysmally lacking in manners, friendliness, demeanor, and basic English skills. That she was exceedingly inept is a severe understatement.

It is a get what you pay for. Car worked fine but definitely has a lot of bumps and bruises. Lots of scratches and dents. I brought the car back after hardly driving any miles. I really only needed it to go back and forth to the airport. I filled it up even though I receive the car with 3/4 of a tank. I mentioned that the tire pressure indicator was showing the back right tire was low. The person accused me of possibly hitting something without even looking at the car. I travel a lot. Won’t be using this car rental agency again

WHEN I TELL YOU THAT EASIRENT MAY BE THE ONLY COMPANY I WORK WITH! I hope I have your attention now. Let me explain my Dallas trip. I had used Easirent during the first half of my vacation in Austin so I was already familiar with the company. This part of the trip I had assumed my Amtrak train would be slightly delayed but wasn't anticipating 2 hours worth of delay. (Important note: CHECK the hours of the offices, it varies from location to location). By the time my Lyft got us to their office they were closed but I spotted an employee locking up. After explaining the situation to her and her manager they let me pick up my rental. Everyone was extremely kind and I'm so grateful that my first semi solo trip to Texas was made so much easier with their Austin and Dallas teams.

My plane was 5 hours late due to inclement weather. It was supposed to arrive in Dallas at 4:35 but didn’t arrive until after 10:00. When I booked this I didn’t realize this car rental company was offsite from the airport and closes at 6:00pm. I was going to a funeral so I booked it not refundable . The company itself was understanding and canceled my reservation but now I have to go through kayak to get a refund. Thankfully there were car rentals available at the airport
