reservation front desk was shitty. they said 30 min after due time reservation gets discarded from their system. So if you have a flight delay you'd have to make a new reservation at perhaps a higher rate.Hertz

The car was clean and I didn't have to wait long during pickup.Cons:
I was told one rate and paid nearly 100% more. without many other options the day of, I was forced to pay which really disgust me. All of the car slots for drop off were filled and there was not really a place to park except an area where it clearly says "do not park". Not sure what they expect customers to do.2.0 Poor
