I went to pick up my car and they told me they didn’t have any one way vehicles. She called another location and they said they had one. She suggested I call them and reserve it. I called and was on hold for 45 plus minutes. While waiting on the phone we started looking on line and found something on Enterprise site. We called and did confirm it was available and reserved it. Once we got to Enterprise they were courteous, prompt and we on our way in 10 minutes.Reviewed 7 Aug 2026

Terrible at car pick up. The online price was not honored $119.56 at the pickup counter of Hertz. The Associate said I was supposed to use the app to secure that price, and he could no longer off it to me. I was livid. But also needed to get to my destination on time. I was charged $130.02 instead. This is not how you maintain a loyal customer base or good experience feedback. I thought Hertz was giving me a great deal on your plat form, but I was misled.
