Hertz counter at SRQ closes at midnight. We missed a flight connection and were put on the very last plane to SRQ that arrived at 12:10 AM. Hertz had somebody hang around until all the customers on that plane who had reservations were taken care of.Reviewed 18 Nov 2022

Pros:Terrible experience.Cons:Terrible experience - they gave away my car because my flight was delayed. They are located in the airport, they have access to the flight info. They could have easily figured out that my flight was delayed. There was no communication - they simply gave my car away and had nothing else available unless I wanted to pay double the price for an upgrade.Reviewed 27 Oct 2020
