Thé service regarding pickup was bad. They said they would close at 6 on my agreement. When they called me they said they were closing at 4 pm. A huge difference for s traveler. I was bounced from kayak to beers to change the pickup time. Hertz didn’t think it was their problem. So I went back and forth. Finding the number to corset hertz was difficult and took a half hour. When I got through they said I should context the pick up location. That’s when I was told that they would be closing at 4. which high was false. I had to pick up my car two hours earlier than I planned because of that misinformation. I felt it was handled very badly and was a stressful experience. It had an impact on the time I decided to head to the airport which hindered my plans with my friends. All in all I wouldn’t do it againReviewed 22 Oct 2021
