Pros:There was no staff when we arrived. We were never able to rent a car and were stranded at the airport.Cons:Everything. When we called an explained we were stranded at the airport and there were no employees to help us. They basically said to wait until the next day when the reopen to get a car. I explained we had no transportation to spend a night in a local hotel. They offered no other options. Absolute disaster. Now i know why HERTZ has filed bankruptcy.Reviewed 9 Aug 2020

Pros:The rental car was not ready for pick up at our reservation time and we were told to wait for several hours after in order for someone else to drop off their car.Cons:The employees offered no solution and could not rectify the situation at all. We just had to deal with it.Reviewed 7 July 2020

Pros:The staff was extremely friendly and made the rental process easy. The car was clean and I was expecting a small vehicle for the price I paid, but it was actually nice and roomy.Cons:The rental attendant was friendly...actually too friendly. The process would’ve have been a little quicker if he didn’t have long conversations with the customers as he was processing rentals.Reviewed 17 Mar 2019

Recent minivan rentalPros:Pickup and drop off went okay.Cons:Exterior had a few dents and scratches. None of the power doors worked which was a major inconvenience when traveling with two small kids. Some stains were on the interior.Reviewed 29 May 2017

Cons:I made the reservation online however when I picked up the car at the airport they charged me an additional days rent because the time I wanted to return the car Hertz was not opened yet and they had to be opened for me to drop off. I was charged a full day for a two and half hour delay In Hertzs end.Reviewed 6 Feb 2017
