Cons:The site we chose to pick up our car had a sign taped to its door instructing us to call a number. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to appear, who brought us to a different location 15 minutes away in the rental car we would be renting. They shouldn’t have made us go out of our way by advertising a false pick up location, it added unnecessary time and confusion to the whole experience. It was very pricy and there was a 4.5% hidden fee for using a credit card when we returned the car.Reviewed 30 May 2021

Horrible experiencePros:NOTHINGCons:The car that we reserved and had confirmation for was not available upon arriving to pick up. This caused a lot of chaos and nerves as we were left without transportation. How can this happen when you have a confirmed reservation and are counting on having a vehicle? I've never experienced something this horrible and their customer service associates were horrible and didn't care we were left without transportation.Reviewed 17 Jan 2017

Worst service ever! They overbooked and didnt havePros:Nothing. This is the worst experience I have had ever with a car rentalCons:They didnt respect my reservation! Got there and they overbooked so I didnt get any car! Had to pay twice as much in booking last minute with another company and wasted half day of vacation. Never againPros:Made a reservation in advance but they didn't have it when I got there. Took an hour and a half to get a car which is longer than the plane ride to get to Guadalajara. The physical appearance of their facility is very poor, it's dirty, unkept. I was told to wait in a certain area for a van and waited there for 30 minutes. Finally got their facility and they sent me back to the terminal saying that I had to go upstairs. They said they didn't have a car for me. I think they overcharged me but it was Christmas, so what could I do!Reviewed 2 Jan 2017
