I reserved and paid for an EV ready to 530pm. My flight was delayed so I didn’t make it to the pick up counter until 600pm. My EV was not ready, it was charging, I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. Again waiting at the counter and continuing to check in, by 7pm I had to leave as I was late for my scheduled plans. So I asked again when the counter attendant talked to his manager and I heard them say they only had a Tesla and someone else reserved a Tesla and no other ev’s were available. I heard that and said I’ll take any car at this point, so they gave me a gas powered Buick and off I went. They couldn’t make any other adjustments or changes since I prepaid for the vehicle. The electric car was nice but could only charge it 30 min at a time. The heater didn’t work when it was below a certain temperature outside. Not a good idea to rent electric cars in cold climates. We returned the car and exchanged it. The second car wasn’t as nice. But it worked. We were happy in the end to have a normal car but missed the heated seats and steering wheel.Reviewed 30 Dec 2024

Somehow after getting my plane tickets and hotel, my car rental was for a week after my trip. I had to pay $100 to cancel a week before the scheduled rental. That's extortion!Reviewed 29 May 2024

I used my Apple Credit card. It changed card number every month. You should know that. Hertz personel wanted same card number. I already paid but my card number changed. It took 1 hour. I had to call costumer service and change my credit card number. If you don’t accept Apple Credit card, I could use another card. You didn’t!Reviewed 27 Nov 2023

Really poor. Was going to be placed in an EV which is not what I ordered since I was going to a little town with no charging stations. Had to move from a small size SUV to crappy sedan and pay extra $50/ day for it. I’m very unhappy about this reservation all around. Sedan car was horrible, smelled of barf and smoke.Reviewed 15 Oct 2023
