Pros (+) The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and while they're not huge, they're big compared to other Hong Kong hotels rooms in that price range. I didn't use the handyphone much this trip (a smartphone that is free to use and take out with you during your visit!) because I already have an international data plan, but I will definitely use it next time.
Cons (-) No complaints. The value is spot on. If this hotel doesn't make you happy, you clearly need to pay more and go somewhere more expensive.

Pros (+) Clean, fantastic wifi connection, great location. We were upgraded for free to the top floor suite. What a treat! The room was huge and had a separate living room. We also had a free smartphone with free international and local phone calls for our stay.
