Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s breathtaking views, especially of sunsets and the caldera, as well as its excellent location and helpful, friendly staff. Many appreciated the pool and amenities like parking. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, maintenance (especially in bathrooms and hot tubs), and found breakfast options lacking. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was elevated by the scenery and service.
