I booked tickets for a family of five and specifically paid extra to select our seats together. We spent nearly $1,000 extra (around $100 per seat) for extra legroom so we could sit near each other. However, despite paying for this, we ended up being separated on the flight. This caused a major issue for our family because my parents do not speak English and rely on me to translate and assist them during the journey. I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. Good service. But on flight to Kochi no entertainment except in app. And no working outlets to charge phone.

We have paid premium price for a business class Cabinet and we have received the old 777 with the following apart business class that is not to standard. It was very disappointing and it’s a very bad reputation for a premium airline company. This aeroplane should be the commission from being as a business class. We will pass this knowledge to our colleagues because the quality of business class in Etihad is not consistent and it is a lucky dip that sometimes you’re getting a good aeroplane and sometimes you’re getting their 30 years old aeroplane. The crew of the aeroplane have apologise and said that they hate this aeroplane and they have complained about it multiple times as well. Obviously Etihad is putting the economy in front of the Customer Experience. For the future we will not take this risk anymore and will fly with established company like emirates.

Same problem place in the middle so small Im 1,85 m so not good 👍

Old plane, old entertainment system. It wasn't working throughout the entire flight. I was offered to connect to their system via Wifi to watch on my phone. Crew wasn't very helpful except one lady who turned the experience around.

The food could be better. Toilets were smelly all along

Seat selection screen while online check-in could include free seats to choose from and show the options before we proceed. Currently, it is auto-allocated and there are no options for free seat selections.

1st time with. Etihad Airways and it was amazing from check in to crew. Great flight.

Short travel duration. However, I had placed meal preference while booking my air ticket but was given vegetarian meal on board. Food was okay. Not so great. Didn't like Spanish eggplant, cold chickpeas salad. No hot soup was available. Everything cold cold only.

It feels like the seat did not have any cushion and just ply wood. The seats are so compact that no one would sit comfortably. I am a slim person and it was super hard for me to move in the seat just imagine what someone else would feel. This airline would be my last option. Singapore Air and Emirates are far far far better than this. Do not travel even for free.
