Pros: Got the tower view room which was nice and clean. What made the stay pleasurable was the location and the staff. Particularly the concierge. Koy is the best. He helped arrange whatever we needed.I will not hesitate to stay here during a future visit. Oh, and the view is spectacular.

Cons: - The long wait times at the check-in counter in the SPG gold/platinum members section. There were only 2 staff dedicated to helping the SPG Gold Platinum members, which was a line of atleast 10 ppl on the day. I was obviously frustrated by this service and the frustration was evident on every customer's face. - The A/C in the room was below par. Even after requesting the hotel to have it checked out, nothing changed in the cooling. In the blistering humidity of KL, a below par A/C is a sleeper's worst nightmare.

Cons: The front desk staff was useless, though I had confirmed booking they said they didnt have any information, they didnt even give a late check out though I had two rooms booked and I told them that I shall let go of one of the rooms early they day before. Horrible front desk staff

Pros: The lobby and rooms were lovely. The F&B was great also.
Cons: The keycard entry to the rooms failed to work on almost every occasion though so this was a fairly annoying issue that was never addressed by the front office staff. Another issue that came up was when I asked on more than one occasion to extend my stay the fact that the hotel was in fact fully booked and therfore could not take my booking was never mentioned. I found this very frustrating and unhelpful.

Pros: The manager was quick to resolve our issues. Great kids room, gym, and pool area. The rooms in the new wing are nice and offer sufficient space for children.
Cons: The residence apartments are not used often or tended to. While spacious, there were power outages and brown water. The room was also ready two hours after the standard 2pm check-in. Front desk staff did not want to handle or seem primed to focus on customer service. Management was essential and most helpful.

Pros: Great breakfast and staff that work there are very accommodating. Some good doormen who happily open the door for you (also at the 3rd floor bridge door). Superb location. Responsive cleaning crew. I would gladly return as I have pleasant memories here.
Cons: Horrendous Air Conditioning that is mild at best. It takes the heat away somewhat, but not cold enough to sleep with the blankets on. I have noticed this in my 4 different stays on Superior, Deluxe as well as Club Premier rooms. Such a let down for a 4+ Star rated hotel that is striving to be more. Decent Wifi Speeds (4Mb/s). Some doormen open the door for you; while others just watch you walk in and stand there looking at their phones or busy talking to someone else. Inconsistent hospitality (only) at the door is another major let down at this location. Plumbing issues on 2 of my stays thus far, but quickly taken care of.

Pros: The hotel is walking distance to the Petronas twin tower, shopping center and train station. The infinity pool water is cold but the partial view to the twin towers made up for it. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The taxi from the hotel is a bit expensive. Also, the room is outdated and the shower head sucks for a 4 stars hotel.

Cons: As a Lifetime Platinum Elite member I was not happy with my stay. 1. I checked in online and it still took 15 minutes to get my key. 2.Upgraded to a suite but when I opened the door to my room on 21st floor, the room was under construction. Went back to reception and got issued a normal room with a promise that I would be upgraded the following day when I got back in the evening after work. I packed my bags as was in informed that my room would be changed while I was working. 3.When I got back, reception had no idea about the proposed room change and my bags were still in my small room. 4. After asking to speak with the manager, I was told that no upgrade was available but they were working on it. 1 hour later, guest services came to my room and moved me to a suite. 4. So with my new keys in hand, I went to meet a colleague at the Club Lounge and my new keys would not allow me access. Again I went to the reception and it took 10 minutes to issue me a key that would access the lounge. Ridiculous. Will never visit again. This property is in trouble and most of it is focused on reception deficiencies. | am truly disgusted.

Pros: We loved everything! The pool is exceptional, especially for an inner city hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast excellent. We enjoyed club access, with excellent food and drinks. Staff were always helpful and efficient.
