Great location, friendly staff.
Cleanliness of the room wasn't particularly great, there was still rubbish underneath the desk, food residue and hairs in the bathroom. We also paid for an upgrade, so we're disappointed with the state of the room.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Room spotless and we had a lovely breakfast in bed. They gave us complimentary extra hour in bed and everything was wonderful. Bed comfy and shower powerful!
Extra towels would have been nice only 2 normal towels ( not bath size)

From checking in with Paul at reception it was easy to get checked in quickly, parking is £18 for 24hrs and easy to get to reception from the carpark. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was compact, great blackout curtains for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and had everything you required, you can ask the waiting staff for an omelette which was lovely. You can order food from the hotel bar and had a lovely 12 inch pizza which was delicious. you also get a token for 15 percent off drinks at the bar till 6.30pm which was a nice touch. Overall this was a lovely experience and the hotel staff met all my expectations of great customer service. I will definitely come back 100% thank you
