Pros: This hotel is great for enjoying the city of Milan. Not only is the hotel clean and beautifully decorated but the staff and the location are an extra plus. There is no way to get lost in the city of Milan with the help of the concierge and the metro station which is right next to the hotel. I enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub which added to the comfortable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Since there aren't a lot of things to do to Milan one euro from the hotel will allow you to see the whole city. THIS PLACE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. Spend your vacation in luxury.

Cons: Got charged an extra €40 for having a friend stay one night, even although I'd specified two people at the time of booking. Staff were impolite when this happened.

Cons: Don't trust the picture you see on line. The rooms are extremely tiny and really dirty (walls, shower). Not worth the money you spend for it

Cons: The elevator wasn't working, the AC WASNT WORKING and the hotel wifi didn't work either...and the few moments that it di was weak...poor service overall. The light switch was behind the door making it impossible to switch on the lights when you first come in. They also charge you for the safety box?! I wouldn't stay here even if it was half the price. There are much nicer hotels for the same price. We tried to talk to a staff member about our issues and all

Pros: The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. She gave us restaraunt ideas, walking tips & even placed phone calls to the airline to try & help us trace our lost luggage. Also the breakfast was really great!
Cons: The floor of the shower stall was not clean.
