Pros:The staff was very nice and got me a car that was clean and comfortable. They explained what was included and what was additional with patience and clarity. They were also very friendly.Cons:The car's oil change indicator was triggered when I picked up the car. The car's tank was also only filled halfway upon pickup. I expected the tank to be full when I picked up the car, so that was very disappointing.Reviewed 18 July 2020

Pros:The staff in BK was incredible, the car was excellent (and larger than what I thought I paid for, which was really helpful)Cons:When I arrived there was an issue with the scanner; my name didn't pop up when I returned the car, and as a result I had to wait around while they figured it out, but no one ever explained the issue to me.Reviewed 14 July 2020

Pros:The reservation said we didnt need the credit card present, but when we arrived they said we needed it. Ended up spending hours trying to find an alternate solution and we were extremely late arriving at our destination. Pros:People seemed nice.Cons:It was clean and the people were Nice, but they upselled me on what they said was a larger vehicle. I told them i needed a lot of space. However upon getting my kids into the SUV it was very clear his was even LESS space than the mini van we originally booked. This put a huge stress on my family. To top It off, they told us the new SUV had an AC outlet. But it didn’t work. This angered me the most as we needed it for our baby bottle warmer. Honestly I’d like to be reimbursed for the extra money we spent.Reviewed 29 Mar 2020

Pros:Johnny at National on State St in downtown Brooklyn was an excellent representative. 5 stars to him. The car was in great shape.Cons:The car had 9 mpg, which for a 2100 mile trip made a huge difference. I wish it had been more clear to me the average mpg so I could factor in the cost of gas which neared $200. Also, the team at the drop off was about to charge me more for the rental. I would like communication from the pick up and drop off location so I am not forced to argue my price on arrival.Reviewed 28 Mar 2020
