Cons: There was no room for unpacking our clothes! stayed for one week and there was not a single drawer or shelf to store anything so after paying the rate of a 4 star hotel, we got the "confort" level of a 2 star hotel instead. The carpets were filthy and the matresses were soiled! The narrow hallways smelled and felt like a cheap cruiseship. We are very dissapointed with the quality of the rooms and the overall value of this hotel.

Pros: Service was excellent. All staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located 5 min from the Louvre, restaurants and the metro. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Overall help with taxis, dinner reservations, comfort of the room, location close to exciting parts of Paris, extremely helpful staff. Also, the size of the room, relative to other Paris hotels, is superior. A nice, professional, contemporary hotel with a first-class staff and great attention to detail.

Pros: Facilies were very nice and the location is very central. Very short walk to multiple train lines and metro. With one exception with an encounter with a bartender which was terrible, the staff was great. Most front door men are always hustling bags, giving directions and calling cabs. All spoke English.
Cons: Family's be aware of one minor quirk. The bathroom and shower doors are clear glass with a dulling switch. It just doesn't get real dull. It's still very see through for all members to see. However the rooms were very modern and clean.

Cons: Hotel was under construction (and for quite some time apparently) so I'll spare you with the details of what that means when you are trying to catch up on some much needed sleep. Staff responded poorly to this situation that was not communicated ahead. Very dissapointing. One last thing, te hotel seems to be weel located because few hundred meters from champs Elysee but it is quite a dead area at night.

Pros: I really like the hotel but I don’t think it’s a 5 stars. The staffs were ok not too instructif. The rooms are very nice. A little cheap with the treats. One coffee one water one milk. Next day after I used it there were none left. There are few snacks there with the coffee and water so assuming it was free because there is no price listed anywhere. And when you used it they charge you at the end of your trip? It’s not bad, I would say it’s ok. I’ve stayed at better hotel which was 4 stars

Pros: Location was great, I liked the fact I could open the windows nice and wide, the view overlooking the park and (to the left) Notre Dame was nice, and the front desk staff were fun and helpful.

Due to COVID-19, reception and some services may be reduced In Montmartre, Holiday Inn® Paris - Montmartre hotel is less than 10 mns walk from Lamarck and Place de Clichy metro stations. Charles De Gaulle Airport and Paris Orly Airport are both less than an hour by car or public transport, and the Eurostar, Thalys and Bahn terminals are 15 minutes away by metro. The famous Sacré-Coeur Basilica, glamorous Moulin Rouge Cabaret and colourful Place du Tertre are a short walk from the hotel. Other musts, such as the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre and Orsay museums are easily accessible by bus or metro. Sports fans can attend a rousing football or rugby game at the Stade de France, just 30 minutes away. Free WiFi thoughout the hotel makes easy for guests to stay connected. Cons: Staff not very friendly. Try to call bell hop in morning of our departure no answer had to carry our own luggage down. Bathroom shower was full of mold very nasty try to change room Hotel was 100% booked or so we were told. We booked to have room with Eiffel Tower but instead got room on first floor with no view. Two guests arrived after us got much better rooms. Only difference we booked thru Expedia and other guests booked directly with Hotel.

Pros: The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Nice common area with plenty of seating and a couple couches. Rooms have nice windows that open and rooms stay dark with curtains drawn, so it's good for sleeping.
Cons: Bathrooms are old and smell a little moldy. There was one outlet to use in the room which has 4 beds in it, they should add a power strip for more outlets and a small light by each bed would be nice too. An additional mirror outside of the bathroom so people can still finiish get ready when someone is in the bathroom, I stayed in an all female dorm and was surprised there was not another mirror.

Cons: I am very displeased with the quality and service provided during my stay at this Ibis. To start, I booked this hotel because the description indicated “the new ibis room” to celebrate my eighth wedding anniversary. To my surprise it was completely the contrary. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist to confirm my specific room requests (indicated above and below). The individual had us wait for about 30 minutes because allegedly his manager was confirming that the room was in order. When we arrived to the room, it was very displeasing to my wife and to myself for the following reasons: 1. The hallway floor had old carpet with noticeable large stains. Clearly not maintained. 2. The room itself was one of the worst maintained hotel room I have ever stayed. Old floor, walls, cabinets sidings and window paint were peeling off. The bathroom walls, bathtub and in sink all had mold. 3. There is no room service. I dialed more than 5 times to the receptionist with no response. 4. No iron available. It was a siege to validate the door card for access to the only room with an iron. One afternoon, I went to the receptionist three times because the receptionist was unable to successfully validate the card. I regret spending my anniversary under these harsh conditions and I will never again stay at this hotel nor will we ever recommend others to stay here as well. Further and for the above reasons, I would like to officially request compensation and your attention to remediate this situation and halt the false advertisement of a “new ibis room.”

Cons: Room had zero art I think. Not that it really matters, but I think every single wall was void of any hanging whatsoever. Makes it seem very vanilla, very bland blah room. Will this affect your night sleep? No. But it's not a cheap hotel by any means so I expected more from the room. The lobby is nice looking, some new modern type wood decor, but aside from the first floor (floor "0") the rest of what I saw was pretty dated and bland - not what you'd expect from a fairly nice seeming, affordable but not cheap hotel in the middle of Paris of all places... Paris known for class, fashion, chic, etc.
