Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff receives high marks for being attentive, friendly, and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, with several reviews noting tidy rooms and good housekeeping.
