Pros: I needed taxi first thing in the morning, rang the front desk several times (without answer) how could the front desk be unmanned for so long? i finally went downstairs, with little time at this point to spare. I was NOT greeted by the gal at the front desk. She seemed very unhappy to be there and did not make eye contact with me. I explained to her that i had been calling for the last hour for a taxi and no one at the front desk picked up. She didn't apologize or offer any reasoning behind why no one picked up. Short staff, busy morning, nothing! A simple "sorry, what can i do for ya" would have been nice. Needless to stay i had to ask her to call at taxi twice before they actual came. I'm not sure if she was not trained properly or was just having a bad day, in any case not my issue as a customer. Teach your staff how to at least fake it and give a customer a smile once in a while wouldn't hurt and could go a long way. Also, I was charged 20$ for parking. I did not have a vehicle and the gal that checked me in said they would only keep the card on file and NOT charge any funds. Of course the next day i checked my account and the 20 was taking out. I realize that its 20 bucks but to some people that's a lot of money and in this case its the principle. As a company you say your going to do something then you should do it. That simple.
Cons: At least the bar was open the night before when i checked in a was able to get some food.

Pros: I loved the included breakfast and clean room.
Cons: Ithe only thin that was difficult was tryin to enter the property. There was only 1 way in and if you missed it you had to drive around a far way to turn around.

Pros: The level of security of the hotel, security cameras and controlled access, quite, cleanliness of the room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good wifi in the room.
Cons: located on a busy street, lots of traffic, have to drive to any good restaurants, nothing within walking distances.

Pros: It was clean and looked pretty new, breakfast was good, the location is in a beautiful part of Sacramento. The room was surprisingly child proof, my one year old couldn't get into anything he wasn't supposed to, and there was nothing breakable at his height.
Cons: I have a 4 door small car and it was a TIGHT squeeze into their parking garage. If you drive anything bigger I'd recommend parking across the street at the hospital, the hotel validates parking there.

Pros: Housekeeping came over in the morning about 10am and woke us up. Told her to come back in an hour. We left at 11:30am and she never came. Got back at about 2:30pm and room is still not fixed. So our room was never cleaned up.

Pros: The front desk people were nice at check in and check out. And the room was decent enough especially for the price.
Cons: It's not the motels fault, But it seemed to be in a shady part of town. At least after dark. The gas station next to it had a lot of police activity, and a cardboard homeless shelter in a section of it. My wife and I felt a little weird when the security guard that lets you in and out of the parking lot looked at us with suspicion, but I guess that's his job when there seems to be a prostitution problem. But once he found my name in the guest list he was really nice.

Pros: Overall you get what you paid for. A plus is having a fully functionally A/C on a hot day. A lot of fast food restaurants surrounding the hotel is also a plus.
Cons: Right off the freeway so there is quiet a bit of noise. It was under construction during my visit so there was also a lot of noise because of that.

Pros: I really liked that it was a very short distance from where I needed to be the following day. Gentleman in the front desk was very nice and friendly.
Cons: It is located next to the highway so you can hear cars all night long especially the big ones. The building is also located where the sun hits the windows and it gets really hot super early. We left at 7:30am and it honestly looked and felt around noon time.

Pros: We have stayed here before, for the money it is an excellent value due to it's proximity to CSU-Sac. Facilities, room, are all Okay: a little dated and worn but clean and spacious.
Cons: The only thing that comes to mind is in our room, a large space where there used to be a small table, not crucial but nice to have in past.
