The food wasn’t very good but everyone on the plane was great.

Hawaiian Airlines is one of the best. The flight attendant are attentive to your needs courteous and very polite. The entertainment on the flight is also very good with numerous choices and TV movies. I would definitely recommend Hawaiian airlines.

Paid for extra leg room but seat was still uncomfortable! Not flying Hawaiian again.

Enjoyed the warm hot pocket and frequent checks for more water during the flight. Wish there were more in-flight entertainment options.

Board the planes first class first then the back to the front! And when getting off should be first class and front to back. Food is awful

Probably the only airline offering some snacks and beverages included in ticket price. Always on time.

I really love flying Hawaiian. From the uniforms, to the decor to the soft purple lighting it is truly an exceptional experience. I haven’t been to Long Beach Airport in over 10 years, but I was impressed with the ease of renting a car compared to LAX. I might be switching my flights to this destination from here on out!

I never could connect to a movie. The site is not user friendly

Super disappointed with the food. For first-class it was very low quality. For the price of the ticket, I was expecting so much more from Hawaiian Airlines.

Transferring from International to Domestic/Mainland was a PITA; Hawaiian could not handle the rebooking of bags quickly after customs, etc. Eventually took it over to Terminal One where they were able to do it quickly. The "snack" or whatever on the flight was - Pepperoni Bagel - and for anyone who doesn't eat Pepperoni, tough luck. I guess they consider it too difficult to have Plain Bagel for anyone else. We don't count; they don't want our business. Then I got to SJC and found they had smashed one corner of my (brand new) suitcase such that it wouldn't roll because that corner collapses inward. They explain to me was SOL, as "they can do anything to the outside and they're not responsible". So if you fly Hawaiian Air, expect to have to replace luggage routinely. They don't want my business, they won't get my business.

Terrible. 6 hour delay with no explanations and only 15 dollars in food credits. A disaster. I'll just leave it at that.

We lucked out. The passenger who was supposed to be in our row changed her seat, so my husband and I had 3 seats for the 2 of us. We were able to stretch out a little which made the trip much more tolerable.

We paid for business class seats for the comfort that comes with that but couldn’t use the bathroom as it was full all the time.

Flight was cancelled about 1.5 hours before departure. Replacement flight provided scheduled 1 hour later. Late boarding, late departure and arrived Melbourne nearly 2 hours after originally scheduled.

Flight is overpriced. Quality of service is poor. Constant delays. This flight again was multiple times delayed. The relaxed and careless attitude of staff is appalling. People are busy and it does matter if we do things more efficiently than chilled out. Once the flight was ready to depart we had more delays due to the careless approach of boarding passengers. Food is highly processed with limited options and super unhealthy. Leg room is shockingly bad. Even the biz class is pretty bad. Coupled with the horrendous prices Qantas only benefits given Australia is their home market. Otherwise they are not competitive at all.

The flight was good, long obviously but smooth. The seats are pretty small, definitely notice a difference for long haul compared to Emirates or Cathay Pacific it’s more like medium haul seating for space. Food options were good, children’s meals were good for my fussy 3yo.

Great flight and attendants. Seating is a bit weird. The extra price seats aren’t too worth it.

Top notch service, good selection of snack and meal options, generous accommodation for luggage, and great selection of in cabin entertainment. I really appreciate the offering of pillows, blankets, sleep mask, tb&paste, and earplugs. The only complaint I can make was that my seat was horribly uncomfortable and lacked cushion.

An extremely long flight packed in like sardines. But they feed you often with meals,drinks and snacks. They have a lot of movies and audio books

It’s a very long flight and there are so many people on board. Perhaps a warm washcloth now and then to freshen up

This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.

The seat seemed roomy, the service was good, everything was fine.

Was realllly smooth. It was delayed but we were well informed.

Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.

The senior flight attendants were amazing. Totally different vibe from other carriers. Easy 10 hour flight in Business Class. Great food. Good humor as well.

Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.

Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.

Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.

The width of the chair is very small. Not comfortable at all.

Flight delayed over three hours. Arrived into SFO during rush hour and what would have been a one hour drive home took more than 2 hours. Very poor UNITED AIRLINES!!

I liked the duration speed while in the air but that is is for positive things to say. The service was over 3 hours late, staff not very friendly (probably because they were also late to the destination), uncomfortable seats and disappointing food options

RE Food: Wish there was a choice for No Rating. Flew from Honolulu to Los Angeles on a Red-Eye flight (11:00 pm to 7:30 am). Other than a package of cookies with a beverage choice offered soon after take-off, and a beverage choice shortly before landing, no other food choices were offered. Everyone slept or rested for most of the trip. Nothing to rate. RE Entertainment: Everyone was sleeping most of the flight. Only saw one passenger watch about 30 minutes of entertainment on his iPad. I never attempted to access any entertainment options.

Baby cried a lot. Nothing anyone could do about it. Just part of flying.

The boarding process was such a chaos with everyone crowding at the gates. There was no structure. The onboard crew were fantastic and very good.

For coast to coast travel the A321 and even the NEO, even in first class will never be excellent. That would take a B787 or 777 to accomplish.

The flight crew was fantastic! Which the seats had a small TV.

The foot ottoman cushion was missing on my business class seat.. the hydraulics is on its last leg & seat cushions do not have support or paddling. Heavily dented by butts

I have been flying with American most of my professional career. But the airline seems tired and becoming more and more subpar with older planes than other airlines, dirtier and less comfortable seating, and less and less amenities. Their WiFi seldom works and their food is becoming more and more mediocre. How do you fly from LAX to PHL with only being offered one drink and as a platinum customer. I am exploring delta here on out for more of my flying.

also wi-fi never worked attendant said satellite coverage is spotty over water ..... but we were over land!

I was unhappy with having the seat I chose changed at the last minute. I was moved to an aisle seat which did not recline and was next to the bathroom. The bathroom odors made the flight entirely unpleasant. Having carefully chosen my seat months before I was not pleased with my AA experience. In addition, they ran out of tea during flight service, really?

Multiple change of the gates at Pearson, delayed flight was extremely uncomfortable.

Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.

Never made this leg of the flight since we rebooked through United instead. Did not make it to immigration/US custom due to the delay. Had to spend the night on our own dime in Toronto

Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.

Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it

Seat change. New seat 5 rows back from our group. Flight ok but we had to wait for half an hour after we landed for the gate.

YYZ air Canada security messed up which led to my kids missing their flight and having to go on a separate flight later in the day without the rest of the family. Customer service was horrible and have no sense of urgency or compassion for their customers. They refuse to compensate for their errors and making my kids wait hours in the airport. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this airline and I won’t be flying with them again.

United did not permit online check-in from home as document scans were not getting uploaded. This should be fixed their app

Cancelled flight had to fight for a hotel voucher and lost my upgrade. Not great business.
