Pros:
I reserved at remote location - near interstate so not to drive in historic city center of Seville Spain. When I arrived the car was not ready...I waited for it to be washed then they drove the car offsite to refuel. My entire check in plus wait time for wash & fuel was over an hour.Cons:
Everything regarding check- in. Info that drop off location was NOT at airport would have been helpful as well. The agent at drop off destination was excellent.9.6 Wonderful

Upon getting the car we were notified that we needed an international drivers license. In the FinePrint it does say you need an international drivers license but we feel that I need for an international drivers license needs to be highlighted from the get go. It should not be included in the fine print. I have been living in traveling abroad for the last 20 years and I have never experienced this. If this is a new policy it really needs to be stressed. On a 3 day rental the price between competitors is pretty close- so to be told there was a 30 Euro charge for fuel servicing before even getting the vehicle is outrageous. There is no option not to pay this- even if you return with a full tank- and guess what, it's in the small print on your voucher, but which you only get after you have already paid and booked. Disgraceful.Thrifty

I have been told than an non US citizen could not take the insurance. So I cancelled the reservation. No problem with the the rental car company but I have been charged on my visa card of 43,42 + 0,85 euros by the ALLIANZ company (the 15 12 2016).Dollar

Every company tries to pressure you to buy the extra insurance. I didn’t like that they pointed out I was liable for the entire price of the car and then wrote down the price as if to emphasize the point.8.4 Very Good

We asked the staff in Sevilla to let us drop the car off at the train station Budget office in Granada, but they had it fixed so we had to drop it off at the Granada airport, which meant a long taxi ride into Granada.7.2 Good

I had only problems, at the pickup and drop-off. I've been charged with extra 1 day(49euro) and for extra fuel (30euro) after 3 days after drop-off. After 3 weeks I finally received my money back for this extra charges, but I have no idea why I was charged.Cons:

Sixt customer service is poor, the cars are old and not cleaned. they try to sell you insurance and upgrades in every occasion by telling you car is not ready. on return most likley they hold you responsible for scratches that you as a individual generally don't notice when you pick up cars so they can claim damages from you.Europcar

The process of “blocking” money on my credit card was completely wrong and they charged me then gave me a refund after the return. The problem here is that the result of charging rather than blocking meant the refunded difference once in my account left €40 less! Terrible customer service due to ACE Rentals seemingly being owned by two companies - Goldcar and Rhodium. After I complained to the company I have had no response other than “money has been refunded”. €40 was over half our original rental cost.3 locations in Seville
