Handing over the car key and ask you to pick the car is not good. I was told that I have 10 mins to get the car out of the parking and forcing me not to check the car properly. Sent a mail asking for details and no response even after 3 days.Reviewed 2 July 2024

After 30 minutes of waiting in line they refused to rent me a car because I could not prove that I live in Canada - the country where I received my drivers license. I have no Idea why I have to prove that, Ideally valid documents should be enough, but the result is disappointing: I did not get a car, the company did not receive my money.Reviewed 31 May 2024

Being Scammed for fuel is not a good experience especially from a brand such as Sixt. I rented a car with a supposed full tank. the Car is a small Car and that can hardly burn more than 5/6 litres per 100km. After I drove 130 KM and returned the car, I had to fill in 15.3 liters . this only means one thing, the car was not full. the second car I rented and that I am still driving, shows 670km autonomy and a small red band at the fuel level indicator. Again NOT Full. I have no idea what games are being played at this location with Fuel, but it looks like a Scam to me. SIXT Better ACTReviewed 28 May 2024
