Never received a receipt after drop off. I was told I would receive one within 48 hours and never did. This “franchise” is an Enterprise franchise in name only. It’s operated by Sanan Rent A Car, but does not honor Enterprise membership status, upgrades, etc. The entire experience was a disaster. The only thing going for it was the cheap price, which makes sense considering the service and responsiveness was non existent.Reviewed 18 Dec 2023
