Dishonest employees at counterPros:Car was decent and clean.Cons:Initially not given class of car promised when completed reservation. Car did not have a full tank of gas at pick up. Returned car with full tank, but received an invoice which said it was 7/8 full, which is a flat out lie. I filled the tank right before return. This was a very early morning return so there just a key drop off - they took advantage of that to rip me off. Look for another car rental co. ,in Kraków - these guys running this location are petty scammers.Reviewed 10 Jan. 2017

Ended up not renting at allPros:I did not like how the employee treated me.. nothing to like...Cons:Basically, this company Sixt treats its clients as prays, wants to make money as much as possible .. they refuse to rent me the car bcs I don't have international driver's license.. I have Canadian driver's license that I use anywhere in Europe every time I travel ... They asked me to pay almost € 100 per day just avoid not having DL.. and they also refused to give me the car without insurance even though I told them that I have my own insurance. and of course they asked to pay more for that... I ended up canceling my reservation with them and renting from a company next to them.. the new company gave me no hard time at all.. no international driver's license and no insurance..Thanks Sixt.. no more dealing with you...Reviewed 13 Aug. 2018

Extorted for no IDPPros:Car was fine. Agents spoke great English, which was helpful.Cons:Small counter, only 1-2 agents who sometimes step out for smokes and leave everyone waiting. I didn't have time to get the stupid Intl Driving Permit (IDP) before our trip - which is a completely pointless piece of paper you can get for $20 from AAA, and wasn't an issue last time in Kraków - so they made me take their insurance to rent to me even though I already had coverage. Also, there's no agent in the garage to complete the rental, so you have to go back into the office and wait with all the folks picking up cars. I paid but didnt get a carCons:They didn't rent me the car because I paid online using my bank account card and not a credit card (why do you then accept my payment at the first place?). Even if I presented a credit card they didnt accept it because it is a Visa electron. They also didnt refund me my money back. I am not sure if it is Sixt to blame or Kayak, for me are both dead.Reviewed 6 Oct. 2017

Pros:The site is misleading and does not show all complete data. After arriving at the counter we realized that we were being cheated and we had to pay an extra of over 2 times what we paid. Pros:Drop off was easy, car was clean and basically brand new.Cons:The cost of the insurance was outrageous. We have rented from Sixt in other countries and the cost of insurance (for full coverage) was more than half as much. Not sure what the deal was but the insurance costs 2.5 times the cost of the car itself!Reviewed 22 Sep. 2019

Cons:They book car for me with pick up in Kraków return in Wrocław with millage limit 100km with no information in booking process so I would have to pay another 150 zl on top of that tried charge me another 35 euro for late pick up even if it was within reservation .Reviewed 21 Jan. 2018
