I mentioned after our first night that the connecting neighbor had a Cpap machine that was EXTREMELY loud and kept us up all night. The staff called us later that day to offer another room since the neighbors were not leaving. I was so THANKFUL! They remembered AND called to change our room. That was above and beyond. Very poorly run. Barely any staff. Management not present at all. Barely clean room and common areas. What staff was there was either barely doing any work or complaining about working. I would not stay here again
