Pros:Nothing in particular. They didn’t have a car ready so we waited almost an hour. Then we got the BS bait and switch with insurance. Quote on line did not indicate need for insurance, then agent would not release car unless we purchased insurance. Standard foreigner upcharge.Cons:Have car available on time. Security depositPros:After returning the in the same conditions the teller did not reimburse the security deposit right away . She said it will take two weeks for it .. We walked over to a back up rez with Dollar. SUV was a 2dr. 2 seater!!Cons:Agent did not discuss information in advanced. Every question I asked she said she would review when she created the contract. They don't need to do that!! I worked for a Car Rental company before and the information I was asking was standard. She tried to "updgrade" us for 100 more for the same I had doubled booked at Dollar for only 30.00 and Dollar didn't have to create the contract to tell me how much was their full coverage insurance fee.
