Poor pick up instructions: No mention in email of where/how to pickup. No mention that Thrifty was at Hertz counter. Very small Thrifty sign that I missed. Airport info desk told me to take a shuttle to holiday inn?! I wasted a lot of time finding the pickup.Reviewed 2 June 2024
