From our arrival everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and we were so pleased to see Alina in the York Station Bar after all these years....like meeting up with an old friend and her Martinis are amazing! Pros: The location was phenomenal, within walking distance of so much -- only a 10-15 walk from Air Canada Centre, a couple minutes from the Rogers Centre/aquarium/CN Tower, and just a short subway ride from the ROM and Casa Loma, etc. The restaurant behind the hotel (Amsterdam Brewhouse) was absolutely fantastic as well. The rooms were so clean and big and comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. On top of it, the staff was so friendly and helpful, making for an even better stay.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, relaxing and the harbour view was just relaxing we actually ended up staying an extra night. Large shower, lots of towels. They brought in a microwave on request.
Location is walking distance (even with a little one) to CN Tower and major central Toronto attractions. It's convenient that you have the parking even after checkout - until 6pm of your departure date.
We came in March but I would consider it again in.summer to use the pool and patio.

Pros: We loved the location as it was a perfect home base for us to explore downtown Toronto on foot, via the Subway, streetcar and taxi cab. We initially chose the hotel for its close proximity to the cne and the cn Tower but were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to access many tourist attractions in the area. The hotel itself was clean, the pool was lovely and the staff were exceptionally pleasant. We'll be back!

Pros: We stayed at the Cambridge Suites as part of a weekend getaway. In the heart of downtown and right around the corner from Massey Hall, the Cambridge Suites was withiin walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The suite was spacious and offered every convenience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. The room was very quiet and the staff was most accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: This was a great deal! It is conveniently located downtown near the Air Canada Centre and a quick walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame. It's not easy finding a 4-star deal downtown, but this was definitely one! Everyone was kind and answered all our questions. Staff throughout the hotel was inquisitive and helpful. Parking on site and not too bad of a price. Highly recommended!

Pros: I compared alot of hotels for our long weekend visit to Toronto. The Cambridge seemed to offer the best value as far as price, location, and you get a suite not just a room. The room were clean, and recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm, but we prefer it that way. The hotel has a strictly enforced no noise policy, which is something we appreciated. We were able to get the rest we needed after very full days taking in Toronto.

Pros: I was really disappointed as when we went to check into the Bond Place they told us they had no rooms left and shipped us off to another hotel which was a long walk away I booked the Bond Place as I had stayed before and it was exactly where I needed to be one of your staff was very dismissive of us when we tried to find out how far the new hotel was so as you can imagine it was not a good trip

Pros: Locations is amazing, just steps from Queen St subway, lots of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops nearby. The staff are super friendly and the complimentary fruit infused water is a very nice touch

Pros: We were at the hotel because our son was in St. Mike's Hospital. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Having Fran's so handy was also excellent for us. From the front desk to the valet parking, all were effiecient and pleasant.
