I had a really bad experience. They gave me an old car with a lot of damage, which was dirty inside and outside. It smelled like gas inside the car all the time, and the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. When I rented the car, they told me to pick it up at one address, but once I got there, they told me to go to another location. I had to pay for two Ubers just to get the car. I also had to return the car one day early, but they didn’t want to refund me for the extra day. They didn’t explain the contract to me. I had to leave $1,000 as a deposit because she wasn’t able to verify if I had the insurance that I purchased through Ace Rental Car, even though I showed her the receipt and emails. Really bad service.Reviewed 23 Sept 2024
