Book Ace car hires in London

Pros: Very confusing process. Ended up paying triple of what I thought I was going to. I would suggest a more reputable brand. Might cost more on paper but not worth the headache of this rental experience.

Cons: Shuttle to the car park. Clear terms and conditions.

Cons: The car I requested was not available, the insurance I prepaid I was told was not god enough. I had to pay an extra 350GBP on pick up

Pros: Bad customer service

Pros: The drop off was fast.

Cons: I had a reservation for a car which the sales staff completely ignored to start a new transaction. They proceeded to ignore pricing to push their insurance plan, and basically wouldn't let you leave until you had purchased it. I literally told them what I thought they were doing was a scam.

Pros: Terrible pickup and dropoff. Hidden fees

Cons: There is not a normal car shuttle and the Hopper would not take me to pick up car....you have to 6lb for Hopper. The rental place is impossible to find because it’s not called Ace.

Pros: Staff were not friendly nor helpful there was no shuttle from the airport for rental pu. We had to pay for a hotel bus to drop us off .

Cons: The whole set up could be better. Ace could do with revamping their entire system.

Pros: When I asked questions about the operation of the car and GPS, people were helpful.

Cons: (1) They would not accept my Amex card, claiming it could not be verified (without even trying it). They said it would never work anywhere in Europe. In fact, I continued to use it in many locations the remainder of my trip. (2) I returned car 2 days early and they would not give a partial refund.

Cons: The rental company turned out to be green motion not ace. The check in process took forever. They charged a $2500 deposit and still have not released it.
