I did not receive this rental and was still charged for the insurance. Bad experience overall. I called the day before asked if I could use my debit card and to clarify insurance. Was told yes. I could use my navy federal card for this. Arrived- could not use it. Wasted my whole morning and had to take my personal vehicle. Then had to perform multiple services to my car for the trip and had to replace two perfectly good tires when I returned because of road conditions. Cost me and I STILL have not received a refund for insurance I never got. Scam.Reviewed 27 June 2026

The people working for Alamo were super nice. Checking in was a little long since there was only one person running the counter. But it was late at night so that’s to be expected. Actually getting the car and returning the car was fast and easy. Would definitely rent from them again!Reviewed 25 Mar 2024

Truck was in good condition and drove well. Moderately clean, although obvious drink spills only partially cleaned up. The hour wait for pick-up was obnoxious since I was 5th in line and there were two people working the counter. Clearly their system sucks and they don’t care. Definitely going with enterprise next time.Reviewed 21 Dec 2023
