Pros:The car was nice/cleanCons:I reserved a car for 12pm ET. Upon arrival, I was told there were no available cars and would need to wait a few hours until other drivers return their vehicles. I was stuck at the airport with nowhere to go, finally got a car around 2:30pm but didn't arrive in the evening until late Saturday evening. When I originally inquired about how there were no cars available despite confirming a reservation the week before, the front desk employees got a bit defensive. In the end, I made it to my destination. But it was a pretty bad experience overall.Reviewed 27 Dec 2020

Disappeared back in his booth and just ignored when ever I asked how long do I have to wait.Cons:Have my car ready and provide a discount, communication about the vehicle.
