It took forever to pick up my reserved car and there was attempted wheeling and dealing at the counter. It should not take multiple phone calls and over 15 minutes to pick up a reservation—or to ask me to choose a completely different size vehicle because that’s all that’s left.Reviewed 15 July 2026
