i was required to pay $315.00 Mexican Pesos per day for mandatory insurance when in fact my credit card provides full accidental coverage. When i insisted my credit card provided full insurance covereage, they still refused to rent the car without this so called "mandatory" insurance. this is a total rip off. I will not rent from Alamo in Mexico again unless you reverse this ridiculous robbery.Reviewed 31 Mar 2024

Cons:Plane arrived late, there was no one at the Alamo counter in the airport despite still being within hours of operation. I was told they close at any time if they no longer have cars to rent, but then my reservation was not honored. Will never rent from Alamo again, poor customer service in puerto Vallarta.Reviewed 15 May 2021
