Clerk did not explain the insurance policy at all and we ended up paying double for the rental because they did not allow us to use our credit card insurance. Really bad experience.Reviewed 29 Dec 2024

This was a Hertz/Dollar combo place so keep that in mind but that is how it goes at the PVR airport. I was coerced very strongly to buy additional insurance even though I already had adequate coverage for what is required. The rental price shown at the counter was higher than booking by $30 or so and attempts to demonstrate were summarily ignored.Reviewed 9 Jan 2024

Car was fine. I asked for third party liability only and only noticed later that they had added another insurance for $280 pesos a day for theft which I did not request.Reviewed 8 Jan 2024
