Windshield wipers were awful…made driving in rain unsafe During pick up, the rep said there was no street address and if I didn’t drop a pin I would never find the rental return. Alamo sent a drop off email with perfect directions. Unnecessary anxiety. Drop was fast, friendly and efficient.Reviewed 19 Apr 2025

Horrible. They lie and say they’re at the airport when really it’s 20 minutes away. There was nothing informing me I had to use a credit card. They ruined my trip to bury my dead friendReviewed 8 Dec 2024
