Cancelled our reservation without our consentCons:We checked in to Avis expecting the car we reserved online, and rudely told us our reservation was cancelled, which we never did. Didn’t offer reason how that happened or any effort to help us out!! Just told us it was cancelled and they had no more cars available. Really put us in a bind with 3 kids in a foreign country.Reviewed 5 Jan 2019

Pros:very competitive price and the desk girl was very pleasant and try to find an agreement on which car to give us since the one ordered was not available anymoreCons:we have some trouble when giving back the key because it was night and we didn't know where the key box was. we tried to contcact the customer service number but they didn't answer. Anyway, it was not a big deal because we give back the key the day after.Reviewed 13 July 2016
