I didn’t like anything this was a disaster. I never got the car, even though I went up there twice in two days and ended up in a fight with the owner who was yelling at me and basically kicked me out and cancel my reservation against my wishes.Reviewed 1 Oct 2026

I never received any kind of receipt for my return as they said they would email me. I never got that either and had to go online to get my receipt. I was overcharged by $1000! I called Avis customer service but no one could help me because it was an international rental. I plan to stop payment with my credit card company on this.Reviewed 30 Sept 2026

Claimed there were no vehicles available to us despite us having a booking confirmation and there being vehicles in the lot. Evidently over booked them selves. We ended up missing a large portion of our planned trip and lost all the associated costs with that as we were not able to find suitable alternative.Reviewed 25 Sept 2026
