The car had some minor damages on the doors. It did not affect the experience but it is always better to drive a car that is not damaged and that looks new

At first I didn’t get the car I booked but a different model, which in my opinion it’s a cheaper model, moreover the lady at the pickup desk was trying to convince me that this model is better than the one I booked and offered me other cars similar to the one I booked but with an extra charge which for sure was unacceptable for me, I was in rush so I had to accept what I got. I paid extra to drop off the car at an another place than the pickup location but unfortunately there were no one to collect the car from us at the drop off location so I had to call the office, and after waiting more than 10 minutes so they will answer I was given other number which didn’t answer after trying for 10 min, at the end I found a local number for Sixt which provided me to park the car about 500 meters from the airport(the chosen drop off location by me) and throw the key to a box, because there office at this location is temporary closed, a waste of time about 50min which almost led us to loose our flight, the lady at the pickup point didn’t gave me these instructions for the drop off process. Therefore I’m not satisfied with the service and for sure I’m going to recommend a refund.

Drop-off location in San Sebastian is in an underground car-park. We saw no signage until we had found and entered the car-park. Inside the car-park, signage is poor. The only realistic option for the drop-off is via a key-drop box. This was not made clear to me at any time prior to our arrival. Perhaps there was someone in the above-ground office but I do not know. The car itself was flawless and perfect for our needs.

Great car and great value for the money although expected fuel economy to be better on a hybridWaited for over an hour to pick up our car in Barcelona while it was driven from another terminal across the street. It would help if a Via-T device was offered with the rental.

the guy who helped us rent the car was very nice and friendly, however we didnt the car was not automatic. the car was dirty and we were not told how everything work, like radio and stuff like that. also they charges an extra fee we didnt know about and of courser the fee the bank chargesmore information

Two speeding tickets, they charged $45 apiece to look them up on the computer and sending me a bill for the tickets which I had to pay for one and the Local gov unit never billed me.

How is this not illegal?I reserved a car for $109. In Barcelona airport at 5 am sixt was the only car rental available, and they knew it. They told me my only option was to pay 180 because they didn’t have any economy cars left. I had no option and felt kinda depressed at how deceptive the world has become. How a giant corporation can take surcharge advantage
