Si la señorita del counter extremadamente atenta, el señor un venezolano que me entrego el carro muy descortés le pedi un favor y me dijo que ya se tenia que ir y no podia. La persona que me recibió el carro muy servicial, hasta subio a partidas a recibirme el carro.Cons:

Got to the airport and was told there were no cars available. Of course the fly by night local car company booth next to budget was happy to help. I think it’s a racket. Advertise and reserve a car through budget but then when it’s not available yhen send you to their buddies next store to pay more2.8 Poor

1. They force me to buy their insurance , if not they will charge 2000 dollars to my credit card , although I have bougth insurance thru allianze already . 2. They make me sign a blank boucher , but i already get their insurance , its not good . 3. The car could not be used due to trafic restrictions in Bogota , it was a waste of money . 4. When i went to return the car they were expecting to returned washed , its s rental car and i have never have to do it . 5. They tried to keep the blank boucher with the excuse that they need it for administrative reason , i took it because it not theirs . Very bad experience , never going to rent a car in Bogota .8.0 Very Good
