I'll tell you what could have been better if you would have told me from the start you needed a major credit card to rent a car out of saved 80 bucks and insurance that I got jacked for cuz I paid for insurance before I ran the car and then come to find out I have to have a major credit card to rent a car so yeah that's great thanks for the experience I loved it car insurance thank you guys are awesomeReviewed 12 Sept 2024

I was over charged by $120 which resulted in me not being able to pay the security deposit I was not informed of. I was not able to rent the car. Only part of my money was returned. Still waiting on the majority of it. It was going to cost almost $500 to rent a car for one day which is completely ridiculous. Regardless if the there is a partial hold put on the funds or not it's a ridiculous as mount if money to come up with and then not be refunded on top of it.Reviewed 12 Sept 2024

The car electric/ gas. But there was no cord to charge it. The vehicle has almost 70000 kms. Was really beat and was delivered very dirty. The car seat also was extremely dirty with stains all over.Reviewed 11 Sept 2024

Budget closed out the bill 30 hours after we dropped off, resulting in several hundred dollars of extra charges. I had to call for an adjustment but have to wait 5-7 business days for a case manager to review the case, even though it was clearly a mistake on the part of Budget.Reviewed 11 Sept 2024
