Had to return two separate cars due to mechanical issues. Cars were old with approx 50,000 miles in each. Tatty interiors with rips in chairs and peeling dashboard. Went with Avis in the end. Car much cleaner and cheaper too!Reviewed 26 Sept 2023

Pros:Drop off was super easy; the staff was super helpful and very sweet as she upgraded us to a bigger vehicle during our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant interaction.Cons:This is not on the staff but ensuring there is a new battery in the key fob is important... there were a couple of times where I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to lock/unlock the vehicle at some of our destinations. Spent $5 to replace the battery and it worked just fine afterwards.Reviewed 10 May 2021

We were given a Jeep that only could sit 4 people we had 5Pros:The car was in decent condition.Cons:We were given a Jeep that only had seats and belts for 4 people we had 5. They tried not to tell us we had to pay to upgrade for a larger car. When I booked the car I picked one to sit 5 people. We had to wait a long time and argue to get the car we booked.Reviewed 1 Apr 2018

Cons:Agent asked me to read and write down the mileage. This appears to be their standard expectation which I am not accustomed to. To make matters worse, I had a hard time figuring out how to find that info on this car. For a rental that comes with unlimited mileage, this seems totally unnecessary.Reviewed 28 July 2017
