The counter person was wonderful. I waited 11/2 hours in line to get to the counter person. They did not have my car. It took her another 30 minutes to find a car for me! I did make a reservation . Pick up was a very long wait at the airport and we had to wait for a car to be washed. Even though we had reserved a 7 passenger car we almost didn’t get one. It was a little frustrating. The car ended up being perfect and stop off was super easy.Reviewed 5 Apr 2026
