Would be better if I didn’t have to wait 3 hours to get a car that was reserved, the air conditioning worked consistently, and the car didn’t sound like it was falling apart.Reviewed 18 Aug 2026

Waited in the terminal for almost two hours while they fumbled with my registration and told me I would have to call the people I made a reservation with because they couldn’t just help me. It finally worked but get this the lost damage waiver doesn’t cover a popped tire so all around not a very worthwhile experience will not be using Budget ever againReviewed 27 Mar 2026

This is the worst service ever. No legit information was provided by both parties. The customer service was poor & hidden fees were not provided or discuss on the website in the full total cost what was expected to be paid upon a picking up the vehicle.Reviewed 11 Nov 2024
