The facility and the lady I dealt with was less than professional. The employee spent more time talking to another person than to taking care of the customers. They never inspected the car that I took, and it was dirty. Someone had actually just dropped it off and it was not serviced or taken care of before they put me in it. She handed me the keys and pointed to the car. Never again!!!!!!Reviewed 2 Feb 2026

I could not get a rental due to system not being able to work. Waited 45 min until finally I had to go with hertz for a rental . Paid 40 more dollars than my original rental agreement .Reviewed 2 Feb 2026

Unfortunately, I experienced several issues with this car. The front tire was running very low and I had to fill it up with air every day of the trip. Second, the check engine light came on and on the last day of the trip the engine lost power while I was on the highway and had to pull over and stop the car. I relayed all of his information when I dropped off the car, but nobody seemed to even care.Reviewed 1 Feb 2026
