Great except for pick up. Only 2 reps at pick up counter and perhaps slow computers or communication. Wait time 35 minutes. I found car but there were 2 renters in it because of. some mixup. However, a kind employee directed me to another car. When I drove to return car, GPS had the pick up address instead of return address, hence making my time to airport terminal shortened. Plus I had to stop a car at the pickup area and ask if the person knew the way to the return area. Seems Google has never changed the address problem in their App. WHY??I had the same experience a year ago. Most discouraging!!!Reviewed 30 Nov 2023

I think I was wrong when choosing budget. I had a very old car and due to poor service it broke down and I had to drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back so they could give me another car with the same conditions. I don't think I will rent from budget again.Reviewed 28 Nov 2023

The car itself was comfortable, clean and suited our travel plans. Our flight came in early (nothing we can do about that), and we had to wait 3 hours to pick up the car or pay another days rental fee! Finally get out to the car after being told it's full of petrol and needs to be returned full, and it is already below full. Within 20km the gauge dropped another click! After driving it for almost 2 weeks e figured out that it was almost "200km" short of full! The windscreen wipers were terrible, and there was no washer fluid in the reservoir! Anas was very assistive. But I was told last minute that a Tacoma wouldn’t be rented to me because I’m under 25, this wasn’t mentioned to me beforehand. There were all hidden fees that I didn’t see when booking, so that was disappointing. Overall, wouldn’t book with budget again.Reviewed 28 Nov 2023
