Pros:The staff was confusing, rude, added extra charges to rental, had to drive back to naples to figure out why because the local office wouldn't answer the phone and the national office has no customer service on weekends. Chevy spark was not a great car, but was economy priced. Beyond that, the brakes were a little weirdCons:Better communication about add-ons. Hertz offering weekend customer service. Pros:It was a 1 man staff and he was busy but he was fine. We changed the return date and that was handled very easily.Cons:He was all by himself so we had to wait a little while but he did all he could to get it done .Reviewed 24 Nov. 2020
