Don't Rent With Budget At OrlyPros:NothingCons:- Tried to charge us $100 more than the reservation rate - Car didn't match reservation description, it was a lot smaller than the reservation said in terms of fitting number of people and bags - Budget tried to charge us for adding a spouse even though their policy is to add a spouse for free then they told us they'd do us a favor to add a spouse just this 1x, even though it's actually their policy and they're supposed to do it - The person who checked us in was not friendly at all - The check-in process took over 1 hourReviewed 8 Jan. 2017
