Pick up was okay, the car was blocked in but they adjusted it. Drop off was sloppy and disorganized, they don’t pay much attention to anything. Finally I found the person to drop off my car to and they wanted me to park the car, so it took awhile with how they had the cars double-parked but I could do it. The lady immediately bumped the door when she jumped in to check the mileage, even though I checked it out with non damage. Great staff at pick up counter though he was very professional and quick.Reviewed 27 July 2026

It was all good. Apart from the fact that the car had a scary problem in the front near side wheel. The lad at at the drop off didn't seem the slightest bit interested in my angst about it. Told me not to worry and the mechanics would look at it. I said it's too late to worry, I'm handing it back now. The fear and worry has already beenReviewed 28 Oct 2024
