Good as a whole. Pickup was dreadful. It took almost an hour and fifteen minutes to pick up car. There were not enough people working and they couldn’t seem to find the cars that had been reserved. It was better for me than the folks who had prepaid because their cars weren’t ready and they were very angry. Budget knew how many people had reserved cars and yet they couldn’t pull it off. Long pick up line. Little information from agent on Tesla utilization (charging, charging rates…in small print contract but nothing to drive me to read slower or longer despite me saying I’d never rented a Tesla). Car was dirty. Charged barely above the limit.Reviewed 2 Sept 2024

The car was great, I think that the staff could do a lot better the inspection of the vehicles. I didn’t notice that the tires on the car were chipping off on the outside walls. I could have been in really bad accident if that particular tire had exploded on the highway.Reviewed 28 May 2024
